Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar – Shikara Ride

• Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where our representative will greet you.
• Transfer to hotel/houseboat for check-in and relaxation
• In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, offering picturesque views of the
  surrounding mountains and houseboats.
• Return to hotel/houseboat for overnight stay.

Day 02: Srinagar Local Sightseeing

• After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Srinagar.
• Visit the Mughal Gardens, including:
  • Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure)
  • Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love)
  • Chashme Shahi Garden
• Visit Shankaracharya Temple, offering panoramic views of the city.
• Evening return to hotel/houseboat for overnight stay.

Day 03: Srinagar – Pahalgam (Approx. 3 hours)

• After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam (2440m), known as the Valley of Shepherds.
• En route, visit:
  • Saffron Fields at Pampore
  • Avantipur Ruins, an ancient 1100-year-old temple.
• Arrive in Pahalgam by lunchtime and check into the hotel
• Post-lunch, enjoy leisure time amidst the scenic beauty of Pahalgam.
• Overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 04: Pahalgam – Gulmarg (Approx. 5-6 hours)

• After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, one of Kashmir’s most beautiful summer resorts.
• Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
• Enjoy a Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Apharwat Peak (at your own
  cost), offering stunning views.
• Explore the lush meadows and landscapes of Gulmarg.
• Overnight stay at Gulmarg.

Day 05: Gulmarg – Srinagar (Approx. 2 hours)

• After early breakfast, check out and drive back to Srinagar
• Enjoy additional sightseeing in Srinagar, including any missed attractions from Day 2.
• Visit the local markets for shopping (optional).
• Check-in at the houseboat/hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 06: Srinagar – Departure

• After breakfast, check out and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.

• Entrance fees, camera fees, and guide services at monuments
• Adventure activities (rafting, horse riding, mountain biking, etc.)
• Extra nights due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, road closures, flight cancellations)
• Vehicle services on leisure days and beyond the itinerary
• Changes in the itinerary due to bad weather, roadblocks, or natural calamities
• 5% GST applicable for online transfer payments

• Toyota Innova / Crysta: 7 Passengers + Driver
• Ertiga: 6 Passengers + Driver
• Tempo Traveller: 12 – 26 Passengers + Driver

Additional Charges:

• Air-conditioning in vehicle: ₹5 per km
• Professional Tourist Guide: ₹2,000 per day
• A/C charges in Kashmir region calculated as per the tour plan

Payment Policy:

• 30% payment at the time of booking
• 30% payment 20 days before the trip
• 40% payment on arrival in Leh (cash/transfer)
• +5% GST charge applicable

Terms & Conditions:

• Prices valid from April 1st to October 10th.
• Final confirmation is subject to full payment.
• Vehicle service provided as per itinerary (point-to-point basis only).
• No refund for unused services or transportation.
• Extra charges apply for itinerary changes due to flight cancellations, bad weather, or roadblocks.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation fee.
• 20-30 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.
• 10-19 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 10 days before departure: No refund.
