Your Ladakh bike expedition package with Bluesky Holiday is thoughtfully designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and memorable journey. Below are the detailed inclusions:

1. Accommodation (11 Nights Stay)

• Comfortable stay for 11 nights as per selected category (Budget / Deluxe / Premium)
• Accommodation on double / triple sharing basis
• Clean, hygienic, and rider-friendly properties
• Mix of hotels, camps, and homestays depending on location (Leh, Nubra, Pangong, Hanle, etc.)

2. Meals (MAP Plan – Breakfast & Dinner)

• Daily breakfast and dinner included throughout the trip
• Freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals (subject to availability)
• Local Ladakhi cuisine experience at selected locations
• Special dinner arrangements at remote destinations like Pangong & Hanle

3. Motorcycle (For Riders)

• Royal Enfield 350cc / 500cc / Himalayan (as per availability)
• Well-maintained bikes suitable for high-altitude terrain
• Bike provided from Srinagar to Leh as per itinerary
• Basic orientation and test ride before departure

4. Fuel Charges

• Complete fuel cost for the entire itinerary route
• Covers all riding days including Umling La, Pangong, Nubra, and Hanle

5. Backup Support Vehicle

• Dedicated support vehicle (Tempo Traveler / Bolero / Utility Vehicle)
• For carrying luggage, spare parts, and support staff
• Also acts as emergency evacuation support if required

6. Professional Road Captain

• Experienced bike tour leader throughout the journey
• Route guidance, safety instructions, and group coordination
• Ensures disciplined riding and safe convoy movement

7. Mechanic Support

• Skilled mechanic available throughout the expedition
• Assistance for minor repairs and troubleshooting
• Basic spare parts support during the ride

8. Inner Line Permits & Entry Fees

• All required permits for restricted areas including:
  • Nubra Valley
  • Pangong Lake
  • Hanle
  • Umling La Pass
• Environmental and local authority charges

9. Safety & Medical Support

• Oxygen cylinders available in backup vehicle
• First aid medical kit
• Basic emergency assistance during high-altitude travel

10. Riding Gear (Basic)

• Helmet provided (1 per rider)
• Luggage carrier support via backup vehicle

11. Sightseeing as per Itinerary

• Complete coverage of all major attractions:

Exclusions (What’s Not Included in the Package)

To maintain transparency, the following services and expenses are not included in the package cost:

1. Airfare / Train Tickets

• Flights to Srinagar and from Leh are not included
• Guests must arrange their own transportation to the starting point

2. Lunch & Personal Meals

• Lunch is not included during the tour
• Meals during transit or café stops to be paid directly

3. Security Deposit for Bike

• Refundable bike security deposit (₹5,000 – ₹10,000 approx.)
• Payable at the start of the trip
• Refunded after bike inspection at the end

4. Riding Gear (Advanced)

• Riding jackets, gloves, knee guards, boots are not included
• Available on rent at additional cost

5. Personal Expenses

• Laundry, tips, phone calls, internet usage
• Shopping, souvenirs, snacks, beverages

6. Adventure Activities

• Camel safari in Nubra Valley
• River rafting in Leh
• ATV rides or local activities
• Entry tickets for monuments (if applicable)

7. Travel Insurance

• Personal travel insurance is not included
• Strongly recommended for high-altitude trips

8. Medical Expenses

• Any hospitalization or medical treatment cost
• Expenses due to altitude sickness or emergencies

9. Damage Charges

• Any damage to bike due to accident or negligence
• Spare parts replacement cost (if applicable)

10. Additional Stay / Route Changes

• Extra hotel stay due to weather, landslides, or road blockage
• Route changes due to government restrictions or unforeseen conditions

11. Anything Not Mentioned in Inclusions

• Any service not specifically listed under “Inclusions” will be treated as excluded
