1. Introduction
Bluesky Holiday is a travel service provider offering tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and related travel services across India and international destinations.
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
- All information provided is accurate and complete
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Customers must provide valid ID proof for all travelers.
- Bluesky Holiday reserves the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.
3. Payment Terms
- A minimum advance payment (typically 30%–50%) is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the यात्रा / travel date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
- Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication.
- Cancellation charges apply as per the following:
- 30+ days before travel: 10% deduction
- 15–30 days before travel: 25% deduction
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% deduction
- Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charge
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Service charges, booking fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Refunds depend on third-party policies (hotels, airlines, transport providers).
6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, permits, passports, and visas (if applicable).
- Bluesky Holiday is not responsible for any issues due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
7. Changes & Modifications
- Any changes in itinerary are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Bluesky Holiday reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Road closures or unforeseen circumstances
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Bluesky Holiday acts as a facilitator between clients and service providers.
- We are not liable for:
- Flight/train delays or cancellations
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Accidents, injuries, or death during travel
- Hotel or transport service issues
9. Force Majeure
Bluesky Holiday shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Political unrest
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
10. Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to behave responsibly during the trip.
- Any illegal or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
11. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website (text, logo, branding) is the property of Bluesky Holiday.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
12. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.
- We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Himachal Pradesh courts.
