Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The term "Company" in this Cancellation & Refund Policy refers to Bluesky Holiday LLP.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy
If a client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason—including but not limited to personal circumstances such as illness, accident, death, or non-payment of the balance amount—the Company reserves the right to apply cancellation charges. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. The advance deposit amount is non-refundable. In addition to the forfeiture of the deposit, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 30 days or more before departure: Advance amount is non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 14 to 07 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
  • 07 to 01 day before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
  • No Show: No refund will be provided.

Amendments & Changes

  • Any amendment requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Changes will be processed only after receiving a written request and are subject to availability.
  • If an amendment results in the cancellation of one or more services, cancellation charges as per the above schedule will apply.

Additional Services (Flights, Train Tickets, Third-Party Services)

  • For bookings involving airline/train tickets or other third-party services, cancellation charges will be as per the terms of the respective service provider.
  • The Company reserves the right to charge a service fee for processing cancellations and amendments for such bookings.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be made via Net Banking / Cheque / Demand Draft (DD) as per the client’s preference.
  • Note: Payment gateway charges, bank transfer fees, or any other transaction fees incurred at the time of booking are non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review the terms before making any cancellations or amendments.
