Welcome to Bluesky Holiday LLP. By accessing or using our website and booking any travel services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Bluesky Holiday LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the customer (“you”, “traveler”, “client”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services including:

  • Tour Packages

  • Hotel Bookings

  • Transportation Services

  • Adventure Activities

  • Honeymoon Packages

  • Trekking Tours

  • Group Tours

  • Customized Travel Packages

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any travel package, tour, hotel, transport service, or any travel-related service through Bluesky Holiday LLP, the traveler agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The agreement becomes effective once:

  • A booking request is confirmed

  • Advance payment is received

  • A travel confirmation voucher is issued

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the traveler and Bluesky Holiday LLP.


2. Booking Policy

To confirm any tour package or travel service with Bluesky Holiday LLP, the customer must follow the booking process outlined below.

Booking Confirmation

A booking will be considered confirmed only after:

  • Submission of booking request

  • Receipt of required advance payment

  • Issuance of confirmation voucher

Advance Payment

Normally the following payment structure applies:

Booking Stage Payment Requirement
At the time of booking 30% – 40% advance
15 days before arrival 40%
7 days before arrival 20% balance

For peak season bookings (April–June, October festivals, New Year, Christmas), 50% advance payment may be required.

Bluesky Holiday LLP reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received within the specified time.


3. Pricing Policy

All prices listed on our website www.blueskyholiday.in are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may change due to:

  • Government taxes

  • Fuel price increases

  • Hotel tariff changes

  • Transport cost changes

  • Seasonal demand

The final package cost will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.


4. Inclusions and Exclusions

Each tour package offered by Bluesky Holiday LLP clearly mentions the inclusions and exclusions.

Typical Inclusions

Packages may include:

  • Hotel accommodation

  • Daily breakfast or meals (as per package)

  • Private vehicle for sightseeing

  • Driver allowances

  • Toll taxes

  • Parking charges

Typical Exclusions

Packages usually exclude:

  • Airfare / train tickets (unless mentioned)

  • Personal expenses

  • Entry fees to monuments

  • Adventure activity charges

  • Camera charges

  • Travel insurance

  • Meals not mentioned

  • GST if applicable

Clients are advised to read the package inclusions and exclusions carefully before booking.


5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings must be informed in writing via email or WhatsApp to Bluesky Holiday LLP.

Cancellation charges will apply according to the following policy.

Cancellation Time Cancellation Charges
30 days before travel 10% of package cost
15–29 days before travel 25% of package cost
7–14 days before travel 50% of package cost
Less than 7 days before travel 100% cancellation charges

No refund will be provided for:

  • No show

  • Early departure

  • Unused services

  • Last-minute cancellations

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days.


6. Amendments to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges depending on availability.

Amendments may include:

  • Change in travel dates

  • Hotel changes

  • Vehicle changes

  • Itinerary modifications

Bluesky Holiday LLP will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Additional charges may apply.


7. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying all required documents including:

  • Valid government ID proof

  • Passport (for international travel)

  • Visa (if required)

  • Travel permits

For destinations such as:

  • Spiti Valley

  • Ladakh

  • Rohtang Pass

  • Restricted Himalayan areas

Special permits may be required.

Bluesky Holiday LLP can assist in obtaining permits but the traveler must provide valid documents.


8. Hotel Check-in and Check-out Policy

Standard hotel timings generally apply:

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.

Bluesky Holiday LLP is not responsible for hotel policies or changes made by the hotel management.


9. Transport and Vehicle Usage

Transport services included in the package are provided according to the itinerary.

Vehicles are available only for:

  • Point-to-point transfers

  • Sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary

Extra usage beyond the itinerary may incur additional charges.

Driver working hours generally range between 8–10 hours per day.

Bluesky Holiday LLP is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Road closures

  • Natural disasters


10. Adventure Activities Disclaimer

Adventure activities such as:

  • Trekking

  • River rafting

  • Paragliding

  • Skiing

  • ATV rides

  • Camping

are operated by third-party activity providers.

Bluesky Holiday LLP acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss during such activities.

Participants must follow all safety instructions and sign any required waivers.


11. Force Majeure

Bluesky Holiday LLP shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Landslides

  • Snowfall

  • Floods

  • Political unrest

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Road closures

In such situations, alternative arrangements may be provided where possible.

Additional costs may be borne by the traveler.


12. Liability Limitations

Bluesky Holiday LLP acts as a travel organizer and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by:

  • Hotels

  • Transport providers

  • Airlines

  • Activity operators

  • Government authorities

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of luggage

  • Theft

  • Personal injury

  • Medical emergencies

  • Delays caused by third parties

Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance before the trip.


13. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must:

  • Follow local laws and regulations

  • Respect local culture and environment

  • Carry valid identification

  • Follow itinerary timings

  • Pay any personal expenses during the trip

Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles by the traveler must be compensated directly by the traveler.


14. Website Use Policy

By using www.blueskyholiday.in, users agree that they will not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent bookings

  • Copy or reproduce website content

  • Misuse booking systems

  • Upload harmful content

All website content including text, images, and tour descriptions are protected under copyright laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
